Art Studies

Color Study

Here I explored color theory through my chosen studies, trying to understand how color works more so in an environment setting. I chose three boat paintings and two horse paintings. I wanted to challenge myself with these paintings by animal anatomy and various water environments.

Concept & Layout Study using Gray-Scale

Here I chose 30 different artworks split into 2 parts, one dedicates to movie concept art and the other to old master paintings. I wanted to challenge myself with different action sequences and master paintings allowing me to challenge myself with two different types of styles and structures.

Still Life, Gray-Scale

Here I explored still life paintings using grayscale. I use various household items of mine and tried to replicate them through perspective, and in a grayscale formant. I tried to pick interesting and unique objects to further challenge myself through these studies.
